Pulisic is rated as one of the most promising players in world football, having starred for Dortmund since moving from America to Germany in 2015.He has made 114 appearances for the Bundesliga giants over the past four seasons, scoring 15 goals, and has already won 23 caps for the American national team.Pulisic has failed to agree a new contract with Dortmund and with only 18 months left on his current deal he is poised to move on in January.Arsenal and Chelsea have also been tracking the 20-year-old, with The Sun reporting that the Gunners have had a 35m offer for the US starlet rejected.However, Liverpool are the firm favourites to secure his signature, with a deal tipped to be done with Dortmund for a fee of around 45m to 50m as soon as the transfer window reopens on January 1.
